- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using).
Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Enjoy!
- Adjust spice level: If you prefer a spicier dip, feel free to add more Frank’s RedHot Sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Make ahead: You can prepare the dip in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days before baking.
- Leftovers: Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
- Cream cheese alternatives: You can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter option or use a dairy-free cream cheese for a vegan version.
- Cheese options: If you like extra flavor, try adding a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. You can also use sharp cheddar for a tangier taste.
